Tawuya Nhongo

Tawuya boasts over a decade of diverse Financial Markets experience. In 2008 Tawuya, successfully established the quantitative research desk at Namibia Equity Brokers in Windhoek, Namibia. This led to the creation of market-leading, Namibia specific, stock ranking tools and equity market indices. Following this, Tawuya, in 2011, joined the Nedbank Group, initially as a quantitative analyst at Nedbank Capital Global Markets, working his way up to eventually become a Business Development & Facilitation Manager within Nedbank CIB. This wide-ranging experience has granted him extensive experience dealing with both corporate and individual entities across geographical borders in multiple asset classes and instruments.

Tawuya is committed to ensuring that our retail and small business clients experience a level of service and commitment that is second to none and has their best interests at heart. He does this by combining his deep quantitative understanding of the tools needed in financial planning and his genuine passion for people as a whole.

Qualifications: CFA Charterholder, MSc. Mathematical Statistics (Rhodes University).
